Custom Screen Printed Windbreakers
This custom screen printed windbreaker from Hittn’ Skins shows off just how clean and bold single-color printing can look on technical fabrics. The “Bakery” design—complete with playful chef artwork, vintage typography, and our classic Fresh Designs Daily slogan—was printed on a nylon coach jacket, a notoriously slick material that requires experience and precision to get right.
Printing on windbreakers isn’t like printing on cotton tees — the ink doesn’t naturally absorb into the material. Instead, our team used low-cure plastisol ink paired with a nylon bonding catalyst, ensuring the print properly adheres to the water-resistant shell without compromising flexibility or durability. Each layer was flash-cured at controlled temps to avoid garment shrinkage or heat damage, resulting in a crisp, matte finish that holds up under real-world wear.
The white-on-black contrast gives this jacket an instantly recognizable aesthetic, turning a lightweight outer layer into a full-on brand statement. Perfect for staff uniforms, event gear, or streetwear drops, this project highlights how custom screen printing can transform even technical outerwear into high-impact branded apparel.
