Full-Color Simulated Process Screen Print
This Sam Flax Wall Project 2025 custom T-shirt celebrates Orlando’s creative spirit through a bold and colorful 6-color simulated process screen print. Printed on a premium black Bella+Canvas 3001 cotton tee, this design blends photo-realistic halftones with high-contrast vector elements to create a dynamic back print featuring spray cans, paint brushes, and street-art textures. Using a combination of CMYK + spot color printing, every highlight and gradient was carefully separated and output at high LPI (lines per inch) to achieve incredible clarity, color balance, and tonal depth across the full back graphic.
Produced on our M&R automatic presses with vivid plastisol inks, this print demonstrates expert multi-layer registration and advanced simulated process color matching. The vibrant range of hues — from magenta to cyan to deep orange — stays consistent on dark garments thanks to a smooth, balanced white underbase that enhances saturation and longevity. The result is a soft, durable print with gallery-level quality built to stand up to daily wear.
This shirt not only represents a creative collaboration within the Orlando art community, but also showcases Hittn’ Skins’ craftsmanship in full-color screen printing and custom apparel production.
