High-Resolution Halftone Screen Printing
This close-up of the Enjuku Racing t-shirt showcases the precision and vibrancy achievable with high-resolution halftone screen printing. Designed for one of Florida’s most recognized drift teams, this print captures the raw energy of motorsport art using spot color separations with razor-sharp halftone gradients. Every curve, vent, and reflection of the race car comes alive through expertly balanced layers of yellow, blue, red, black, and white plastisol inks, delivering a dynamic, high-contrast finish that pops on the dark garment.
To achieve this level of crispness, our team used 230–305 mesh count screens, ensuring fine dot retention and smooth color transitions across complex surfaces like the door panels and tire treads. Each ink was flash-cured between layers to maintain clarity and avoid muddy overlaps, a hallmark of Hittn’ Skins’ quality control. The result is a smooth, durable print with an almost illustrated feel—bright, bold, and built for motorsport fans who expect performance from every stitch and stroke.
