This project features custom logo embroidery applied to a premium Thule backpack blank, selected for its rugged construction, weather resistant fabric, and clean modern styling. The structured textile surface provides an excellent base for embroidery, allowing the logo to sit cleanly without distortion while maintaining the functionality and durability expected from high performance bags.

The Burdette Beckmann Inc logo was digitized to preserve smooth curves and consistent spacing across the lettering and icon elements. Satin stitching was used for the primary logo shape, while accent colors were carefully layered to maintain separation and clarity on the textured fabric. Stitch density was balanced to ensure long term durability without compromising flexibility or the integrity of the bag material.

This example highlights our ability to embroider logos on non apparel items such as backpacks, bags, and branded accessories. From blank selection and logo digitizing to thread selection and final stitch execution, every detail is handled in house to deliver clean, professional embroidery built for real world use.
