M&R Press Operator
We’re looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our screen printing team full-time. This is a fast-paced production role for someone confident running both manual and auto presses with minimal oversight.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (OT possible)
Pay: Based on experience, speed, and print quality.
Screen Print Production Assistant / Helper
Assist with day-to-day apparel production, screen printing support, finishing, packaging, quality control, reclaim, ink prep, and shop organization. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Experience is preferred but not required for motivated applicants willing to learn.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (OT possible)
Pay: Hourly rate based on experience and productivity.
Performance reviewed at 90 days. Advancement available.
Embroidery Operator
Operate commercial embroidery equipment while maintaining quality control and production efficiency. Experience with multi-head embroidery machines and apparel finishing is preferred.
Pay: Based on experience, speed, and stitch quality.
Vehicle Wrap Installer
Install commercial and color change vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, decals, and large format branding projects. Experience with vehicle preparation, laminates, trimming, and installation techniques preferred.
Pay: Based on experience, speed, and wrapping quality.
Graphic Designer
We’re hiring experienced Graphic Designers to join our creative team. Create production-ready artwork, mockups, branding concepts, promotional graphics, and apparel designs for a wide variety of clients and industries. Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Pay: Compensation based on experience and work quality. Performance reviews at 90 days and within 12 months.
Multimedia Content Creator - Full Time
Plan, capture, edit, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly content for Hittn’ Skins social media channels, client projects, promotions, and events. Candidates should be experienced in video production, photography, editing, and short-form content creation. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Studio.
Pay: Compensation based on experience and work quality.
Customer Service / Sales Assistant
Join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Assistant at Hittn’ Skins. This entry-level role supports new and existing clients and is perfect for someone personable, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll handle walk-ins, calls, order follow-ups, showroom samples, and light outreach. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
Pay: Hourly + Commission. Full-time & Part-time available. Includes 90-day evaluation and growth opportunities.
Inside Sales / Account Representative
Work directly with incoming leads and existing clients to build quotes, manage orders, coordinate projects, and grow customer relationships. Strong communication skills, organization, and customer service experience are required.
Pay: Hourly + Commission. Full Time. Includes 90-day evaluation and growth opportunities.
Outside Sales / Account Representative
Seeking experienced industry professionals with 5+ years of printing, branding, or promotional sales experience. Responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, relationship management, travel, and account growth.
Pay: Full-time position with base pay plus commissions, company vehicle, fuel allowance, travel accommodations, and benefits.
Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Manage social media marketing, advertising campaigns, lead generation efforts, follow-up systems, and account growth strategies. This position focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting long-term client relationships.
Pay: Compensation based on experience and work quality.
Brand Ambassador Co-Op — Unpaid
Become part of the Hittn’ Skins network and street team. Represent the brand at major events, activations, trade shows, and community projects while gaining hands-on experience in branding, apparel, and live event culture. Includes free merchandise, staff discounts, networking opportunities, event access, and occasional paid event opportunities.
Pay: Unpaid co-op position. Includes company merchandise, event access, hands-on experience, and occasional event opportunities.
