GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are currently looking for experienced Graphic Designers to add to our design/creative team.
The Hourly Rate for this position is $16-22 hr. TBD based on prior experience & overall quality of work. Opportunity for advancement & increased compensation is based on overall work quality & output and will be reviewed at 90 days and again within the first 12 months.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ADOBE CC
Specific Requirements:
- Fluid in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Flexi Sign Pro a plus)
- Must be able to independently compose basic & advanced graphic layouts (from scratch, font typography, vector elements & stock image designs)
- Must have prior experience in graphic design, custom logo creation, event promo design, corporate signage, fleet vehicle graphics and wraps
- Able to competently follow job processing protocols while keeping work organized & efficient work area
- Ability to multitask and maintain fluid transitioning from job to job in a team based environment
- Must understand priorities within the workflow and take initiative to fulfill responsibilities and meet deadlines on time at any expense
Daily / Weekly Tasks:
- Design creation, Re-Creation, Character Illustrations, Logos, etc.
- Apparel & Product mock-ups/proofs & renderings
- Marketing collateral like signs, banners, wraps & packaging
- In-house marketing collateral for HS teams
- Cools Stuff!!
M&R PRESS OPERATOR
Currently there is an opening for a Screen Printing Press Operator in our screen printing department. This is a FULL TIME position Monday-Friday, 9-6pm with a possibility for overtime.
The Hourly Rate for this position is $16-20 hr TBD based on prior experience, quality of work & overall productivity.
Specific Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 1 year press operator experience
- Be able to independently operate both manual & automatic screen presses (Gauntlet, Sportsman E, Cobra, Rapid Tagger, Manual)
- Have previous knowledge and experience in both Pre & Post Press Screen Printing Processes
- Able to assist in ink preparation, color matching & proper screen preparation.
- Must be capable of fast set ups & tear downs on all machines using M&R Tri-Loc. (Able to efficiently register, test print & execute high quality prints on press within allotted time frame).
- Ability to multitask and maintain fluid transitioning from job to job in a team based environment
- Able to competently follow job processing protocols while keeping work areas organized & efficient
- Must understand priorities within the shop throughout the day and take initiative to fulfill responsibilities and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
SCREEN PRINT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / HELPER
Currently there is an opening for a Screen Printing production assistant in our screen print department. This is a FULL TIME position Monday-Friday, 9-6pm with a possibility for overtime.
This position is a golden opportunity for the right candidate who wants to learn a skilled trade and is career/goal oriented. General Requirements:
- Responsible for following detailed and strict Hittn’ Skins job processing protocols
- Daily and weekly maintenance, including keeping production area organized & clean at all times
- Breaking down and reclaiming screens, squeegees, flood bars, scoops, etc
- Keeping ink storage clean, properly labeled, and organized
- Catching printed shirts, sorting, organizing and boxing according to company protocols; responsible for last quality check
- Proper screen coating, exposing, and washing out exposed screens
- Assisting in press setup including taping screens, getting squeegees, flood bars, and inks for press operator, etc
