Frequently Asked Questions
Our minimums for our apparel start at 36 pieces and can increase from there depending on the number of colors in the design, the number of print locations, and the method of printing you prefer. We do offer a 12-piece minimum for our DTG printing service. For our vinyl graphics products like banners, decals and signs, we have a $75 store minimum.
Sure, our minimum starts at 72 pieces depending on the artwork if you are supplying your own garments. All supplied garments must be of the same material or be able to be printed with the same method & ink types (i.e. colors, fabrics, print sizes). If you are providing your own garments, it is recommended that you supply extras if you need an exact count as we are not responsible for products misprinted or damaged during the production run.
Unfortunately, no! These items are our personal property and the fees associated with them are for the time and labor it takes to produce them and set up your artwork/logo.
Yes we can as long you are getting your company logo or team name imprinted on the shirts as well. We do not offer individual names and numbers as a stand-alone service.
You are welcome to have a mixture of styles, sizes and colors as long as the ink colors, fabric types, and print sizes will work on the garments of your choice. We require you to order at least 12 pieces per style and 12 pieces per color if you want to order a variety. Feel free to give us a call with additional questions on this topic.
We can definitely handle rush orders. It will be based on the availability of the product, the details of your order and how quickly you need it done. Please email over these details to connect with us and determine if we can get it done for you! Keep in mind there is a RUSH ORDER FEE, and it will be a percentage of the invoice total and based on the overall deadline.
If you are looking for an event sponsor, please feel free to contact us ahead of time and we will be more than happy to help out if we can. However, if you are just looking to save a buck by adding our logo to the sleeve (that will most likely be torn off at the event), NO!
No, we do not offer any kind of sampling. We do however provide you with a Digital Rendering of what the final product will look like when completed. All garments run at the same time and our production department will use the customer-approved proof for reference during this process. We have samples of our work as well as color swatches and material examples in our showroom. Feel free to call ahead to make an appointment for someone to meet with you and go over your concerns if you have further questions.
Yes, we do offer wholesale/contract pricing for companies that qualify. Please contact us to receive the application to start a wholesale/contract account.
If you should need to take some samples back to the group to try on, just leave a deposit on your order, and we will provide you with everything you will need to get it squared away.
Our normal production time is 7 to 10 business days. This can fluctuate throughout the year based on our volume. If you need your order by a specific date or for an event It’s very important you arrange this with our team ahead of time! For selected promotional products, turnaround times can sometimes be 2-3 weeks depending on the product. If you're in a hurry and need your product within 24-48 hours, give us a call!
No problem, we print for large groups ranging from kids to adults all the time, whether it is a family reunion or a company picnic! We would set up print sizes that will fit the shirt's sizes accordingly, that way you don’t end up with a very tiny print on all your adult-size shirts. Be sure to have your size breakdown when you call and we’ll guide you through the process.
In order to produce screen-printed t-shirts, each color in the design must go on its own screen or stencil. Hittn’ Skins will hold your screens for up to 12 months so for any reorders placed within that time you will not be charged another setup fee. The cost per screen is normally $25 per color. We can sometimes waive the setup fees on larger orders depending on the job.
Direct to garment printing is more cost-effective on smaller orders, especially if your design involves many colors. It is priced at a FLAT RATE, so the lack of setup and screen preparation is a saving that we pass on to our customers. However, DTG printing stops being more cost-effective around the 48 piece benchmark when the fees for setup / screens average lower than the DTG flat rate. DTG t-shirts range from $12 – $22 depending on style & print coverage.

Our DTG and screen printing are both of premium quality! The proper printing method depends on your artwork, details of the project, and desired end result. Don’t worry if you’re not very familiar with either printing method! Our associates take all details of your project into consideration to get you the perfect products.
Sometimes yes; the majority of the time, no! It really boils down to the artwork, product and details of your project, so please give us a call to discuss a project like this.
No, we DO NOT recommend DTG printing for your company uniforms. DTG is really great for gag gifts, birthday parties, full-color photographs and photo-realistic artwork, not an everyday work shirt.
We currently only offer our DTG services on white or light-colored shirts that are made of 100% cotton to achieve the highest quality print.
Unfortunately, you can't. WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. This is a custom industry and all items are custom-made to order. It is always best to set up an appointment if you are not sure of sizes, styles or fit for the crowd you are outfitting. If you should need to take some samples back to the group to try on, just leave a deposit on your order and we will provide you with everything you will need to get it squared away.
You sure can!!! We will not charge you a digitizing fee if you already have your own DST file. However, we are not responsible for the outcome and quality of the stitching should it not meet our standards.
Yes, we embroider for school uniforms. However, you cannot bring in one bag or a couple of polos and have them stitched with a school logo. You would need to meet our minimums for our embroidery service which starts at 24 pieces.
"The last company I used stitched my polos and the logo curled up, can you do better?" We always do better! There are several factors and variables that play a part in a good-looking embroidered shirt. We would take the time to ensure the quality of the stitching works on the product of your choice!
No, unfortunately not all products such as shoes, baseball mitts, gloves, etc. can be put on an embroidery machine. These types of products are usually embellished prior to being sewn together.

Decals are generally a design that can be transferred from one surface to another. The most common kind of decal you will find is a “Peel And Stick” decal — basically a sticker. The biggest difference you will usually notice is that decals come to you in three layers while a sticker only has two layers.
Our minimum on small decals starts at 100 pieces. Unless you are looking to do a large decal that would cover the entire window, we may not be the shop for you.
Yes, we accept “print-ready” customer supplied files. We prefer true VECTOR files (AI, EPS, And PDF); you can also provide high-resolution files in these formats (PSD, PNG, JPG). “Print-ready” files DO NOT include the following formats: Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint), low-resolution JPEGS Or Bitmaps.
Any files of this nature will be reviewed with you before the order is started.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, Hittn’ Skins does not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything on our part to match it the best we can.
You’re more than welcome to install your own graphics; however, we have a team of skilled installers to ensure a quality and professional installation. We are not responsible for replacing the graphics should there be any issues with your installation.
Maybe, but we would prefer to see the condition of the sign before committing to the order. The majority of the time the removal of the graphic costs the same or even more than getting a new sign altogether.

There is no set price for vehicle wraps because we cater to any reasonable budget. Give us a call to set up an appointment to talk more about branding your vehicle.
We want to see you riding in your freshly branded vehicle as soon as possible! We prep and prepare the graphics ahead of time and schedule a convenient installation time that works best with your schedule. The time frame for wrapping vehicles will depend on the vehicle size and the number of graphics being installed.
That sounds totally sick! However, our company specializes in commercial vehicle branding and graphics, so we wouldn't be able to help you out with your color change graphics.

Happy birthday! Our minimum on custom printed promotional products like these typically starts at a couple hundred pieces or more and can take at least 7-10 business days for production.

We do offer art packages that are based on the complexity of the request; See our design services page for those details. All custom designs, concepts, layouts, and art recreation require a 50% deposit to begin the design process and the balance is due once the art is complete.
